You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS or other shipping provider domestic label.
Once we have received your return we will issue you a Refund to your payment method on your SoLash account.
Only products sold and shipped by SoLash Supplies qualify for SoLash's Return Policy.
In store credit and discounts used during the original purchase will be deducted from the final value of the return.
Replacement of products is our preferred resolution option.*
If we are unable to replace the Product, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are to be processed the following business day, and may take up to 30 business days to complete.

GTA 24 Hour Store Pick Up Policy
All orders placed after 9pm, are subjected to be sent out the next business day.
For GTA 24 hour delivery, the order must be placed before 5pm.
An email and text confirmation of pick up will be sent to you 1 - 3 hours before arrival.
